1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, including all major provinces and regional areas.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Gauteng: 1–3 business days
  • Major Cities (e.g., Cape Town, Durban): 2–4 business days
  • Outlying / Rural Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and location.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Size and weight of the order
  • Promotions such as free shipping may apply from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
  • You can track your delivery through the courier’s website

6. Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday–Friday)
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order

7. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No one available to receive the order

The parcel may be returned to us, and re-delivery fees may apply.

8. Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier delays
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Beyond Industrial Supplies will not be held liable for delays outside of our control.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incomplete

Customers may arrange collection in Gauteng (if available). Please contact us in advance to schedule.
