Returns & Refund Policy – Beyond Industrial Supplies

At Beyond Industrial Supplies, we are committed to delivering high-quality industrial products, PPE, tools, and cleaning solutions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition
  • You have proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Returns will only be approved after inspection and confirmation.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened PPE products (e.g., masks, gloves)
  • Opened chemical products
  • Custom, special-order, or bulk items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after approval
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • You will be notified once your refund is processed

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective
  • They were incorrectly supplied

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return process

8. Inspection & Approval

All returned items will be inspected before:

  • A refund is issued
  • An exchange is approved

Items that do not meet return conditions may be declined.
